Continuous training and retraining of our officers includes Occupational Health and Safety required statutory training, continuous refresher training of our armed response and National Key Point officers and customer-specific training such as interpersonal skills, customer care and materials handling (forklift operators and apron marshals, for example) for officers having to operate in a warehouse.

Supervisory and management development training forms part of continuous development of our junior to middle management levels.
