ALL ISSUES REGISTERED ON THE MIS ARE DRIVEN TO A SATISFACTORY CONCLUSION BY OUR TASK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. REQUIREMENTS ARE CONVERTED INTO ACTIONS AND ASSIGNED TASKS THE MOMENT THEY BECOME VISIBLE VIA THE VARIOUS TRIGGER MECHANISMS SUCH AS INCIDENTS, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEYS, RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS AND MANAGEMENT INPUT.

 The status of incidents is tracked and reported on within a 24-hour cycle during daily Operations Meetings. Clients receive real-time reports on our progress investigating incidents via the online MIS or via one of our managers. Incidents are only closed once full customer satisfaction has been signed off and the safety and security risk fully addressed. This demands a hands-on, driven approach to achieve “Green” status within the shortest turnaround time possible.
