Apart from the normal security reporting as determined by the Service Level Agreement, our on-line MIS affords the client the opportunity to view day-to-day reporting on e.g. incident investigation progression, customer complaint corrective actions taken and site risk profiling on-line.

Continuous interface with the Client’s Facilities Manager, Building/Operations Managers and Tenants and the Contractor’s Service Delivery Manager is driven by our approach to manage each issue by objective and to provide continuous feedback. Progress is tracked per task assignment and reported continuously with the client and relevant stakeholders to ensure full visibility and process input at all times.
