A cornerstone of our recruitment and ongoing quality control processes is the performance of stringent pre-employment verification to ensure that all personnel deployed are of the highest calibre and have a track record that attests to their experience, expertise, honesty and integrity.

We achieve this by performing verification routines in respect of each member of our personnel. These include the verification of criminal record status, financial status, educational qualifications, employment reference, qualification reference as well as polygraphs and profile evaluation. The integrity verification process is conducted throughout the employment life cycle, assisted by systems such as IDECO and Intelligence Online. Strategic partnerships with the South African Police Service, Business Against Crime, the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa and Intelligence Online also ensure that the verification process is complete and comprehensive.
